Effective Antivirus and Application Whitelisting Program! . Just recently downloaded this antivirus program from their main website and I have to say it has been really good! What appeals to me greatly was that they leverage on the power of cloud for its 10+ anti-virus combined, therefore this does not slow my computer and that I can proceed on with my work as per normal without being affected by it at all! In addition, their Application Whitelisting gives me the control by ensuring that applications I trust are run by my computer. Did not have any problem ever since my installation! :) Pros: 10+ Anti-Viruses in the cloud with UAVApplication Whitelisting Cons: None for now

Great free security solution that goes beyond traditional Anti-Viruses. SecureAPlus is a new approach to computer security that is unheard of to most people. While it has an Anti-Virus component (actually 12 popular engines in the cloud), their real edge here is their whitelisting feature that basically ensures that everything and anything that runs in your PC are trusted.While this puts some weight to human error, it helps out extremely as you get detailed information (from those 12 anti-viruses) on whether to trust a new app/process or not.Even better, if you have an existing Anti-Virus, let's say AVG or BitDefender already installed, it doesn't conflict and actually compliment each other.And even with all that, it scans in under a minute and doesn't take up too much PC resources since it is cloud based.Finally, it's free for a year and is very easy to extend without paying. Pros: Free for a year & easy to extend via email or social referral.Combining 12 popular anti-viruses in gives highest detection rate possible.Whitelisting feature is simple yet so effective in putting the user in full control.Works with other traditional Anti-Viruses as long as you skip their optional Offline AVGet 2nd opinion from their 12 anti-viruses or Virus TotalLight and Fast. Scans are under a minute and memory usage is barely there as bulk of work is in the cloud. Cons: Optional Offline Anti-Virus is ClamAV. Which is good but not great.Some core features are dependent in the cloud.UI may need some work. Their new so I hope they update their UI in the future
